I’ve been a lifelong advocate for the process of therapy, as a consumer of services as well as being a therapist myself.  Not only is our time together an opportunity to get yourself “unstuck,” process challenges you’re experiencing, and seek healing from past traumas, but I find therapy to be an opportunity to get to know yourself at a deeper level and make further growth toward living the life you’ve always wanted to live.  I offer services both in my office in Canton and online for anyone in Michigan.

Most insurances cover Online Therapy as well, and it is offered through a HIPAA compliant platform that ensures your session is confidential.  Online therapy provides an opportunity to meet on your lunch, your work break, or any other time where it’s convenient for you.

Initial Intake – 60-75 minutes   $180.00
Individual Therapy – 45 minutes    $150.00
Individual Therapy – 60 minutes   $180.00

Online Subscription Options:
I do offer one package for Text/Video messaging with online video sessions package.  This includes two 45 minute video sessions a month and unlimited asynchronous texts with responses 1-2x/a day, 5 days a week. There are insurances that can be utilized to pay for the video sessions, which would decrease monthly cash payments.  Please contact me for more information!

I always encourage you to ask your insurance provider questions to help determine your benefits – you can often find the information to call on the back of your card:

  • Are mental health services covered?
  • Do I have a deductible, has it been met, and do mental health services fall under the deductible?
  • Is there a limit to the number of sessions authorized per calendar year? Does my plan cover telehealth services?
